Fenix

A veterinarian technician and good friend of our training staff reached out to us regarding Fenix. He was brought into a vet clinic by a nearby town’s animal control to board him. The town didn’t have their own humane society, so this clinic decided to help try to find his home. After unsuccessful attempts to find his owner, he was scheduled for euthanasia. Our staff decided to meet Fenix the day he was supposed to be euthanized. He was shy at first but warmed up very quickly. He was entered into our service dog program and taken home at that moment. He was honestly rescued that day, and he is grateful that he wasn’t euthanized. Now he’s excited to learn everything he can to help save a veteran, like he was saved. He can’t wait to find his forever home.

Fenix has been assigned to Rose one of our quality trainers. Rose will get him well-nourished and give him a purpose in life.

Follow along as Fenix takes this fabulous journey with the help of Rose.
